The Cheyenne Safety Magnum Needle Cartridges feature a patented safety membrane that prevents ink and blood backflow into the grip, maintaining a hygienic barrier throughout the session. Hand assembled in Germany and sold in boxes of 20, these cartridges hold ink and release it at a controlled rate, reducing the need to re-dip and keeping your workflow uninterrupted.

The Magnum range covers three sub-types: Standard Magnum, Soft Edge (Curved) Magnum, and Soft Edge (Curved) Textured Magnum. Needle diameters run from #08 (0.25 mm) to #13 (0.40 mm), with groupings from 5M to 27M and both medium and long taper options. Colour-coded caps let you identify configurations at a glance, and the spring-loaded cartridge design retracts the needles when pressure is released for safe disposal. Swapping between configurations takes seconds, so you can move through groupings mid-session without reaching for a second machine.

Each cartridge is sterile, individually packaged, and single-use, meeting the EN 17169 European standard for safe and hygienic tattooing practice. Designed for Cheyenne rotary machines, they are also compatible with other brands when used with a compatible grip. For every box of 20 sold, Cheyenne donates part of the proceeds to Sea Shepherd, a marine conservation non-profit.
