Built for soft blending, natural gradients, and large-area colour packing, this configuration handles the work where precision and even coverage matter most. Hand-assembled in Germany by MT.DERM GmbH, each cartridge is manufactured to ISO 13485 medical device quality standards.

The Soft Edge Magnum delivers even ink distribution with soft, blended edges

well suited to realism, portraits, and watercolour-style work where clean transitions are critical. Each cartridge includes Cheyenne's patented integrated safety membrane, which blocks ink and blood from entering the grip and machine, keeping your equipment protected and sessions hygienic. The spring-loaded needle bar retracts when pressure is released, containing exposed needles for safe disposal.

Every cartridge undergoes microscopic quality inspection before leaving the factory, giving you consistently straight, undamaged needles across the full box. Colour-coded caps make it easy to identify configurations at a glance, so switching setups mid-session takes seconds. Each cartridge is sterile, individually packaged, and designed for single use, with a shelf life of up to 5 years. For every box sold, Cheyenne donates part of the proceeds to Sea Shepherd, a non-profit organisation dedicated to marine conservation.
