Cheyenne Safety Cartridges keep you moving between needle configurations mid-session without breaking your setup or risking cross-contamination. Each cartridge is built with a patented integrated Safety Membrane that keeps ink and blood contained and away from your grip and machine. Sold in boxes of 20, with 167 configurations spanning the full range from 1-liner to 67-magnum.

The spring-loaded needle bar plunger retracts needles into the tip when pressure is released, keeping disposal safe and simple. Available styles include Round Liner, Round Shader, Magnum, Soft Edge Magnum, Flat Shader, and Power Liner, with Textured (TX) and Bugpin variants. Colour-coded caps let you identify each configuration at a glance, and cartridges are compatible with Cheyenne HAWK machines and other standard cartridge-compatible tattoo machines.

Every cartridge is hand assembled in Germany and undergoes 100% microscopic quality inspection under medical standards. Each one is single-use, individually packaged, and sterilised. For every box of 20 sold, Cheyenne donates part of the proceeds to Sea Shepherd, a non-profit organisation fighting for marine conservation.
