The Kwadron PMU Optima PLUS Round Liner cartridge is engineered for experienced permanent make-up and micro-pigmentation artists who require surgical-level accuracy during fine-detail procedures. Positioned at the top of Kwadron's Optima range, the PLUS variant features a proprietary needle-stabilisation system designed to deliver sharper, more consistent lines than a conventional 1RL.

At the core of the Optima PLUS is Kwadron's 6+1 Technology: six surgical stainless steel needles welded in a circle around a single central guide needle. This arrangement prevents the guide needle from deforming during use, resulting in greater pigment-flow control and cleaner implantation with reduced skin trauma.

The medical-grade plastic housing minimises friction between needle and cartridge body for smoother needle movement, while a full integrated membrane prevents pigment backflow into the machine. These cartridges are compatible with all PMU machines accepting universal Cheyenne-type cartridges, as well as most rotary tattoo machines.
