Velvet Global by Li Pigments is an EU REACH-compliant range of permanent make-up pigments with a highly concentrated glycerin-based formula. The thick, creamy consistency of all Li Pigments Velvet pigments make it suitable for all skin types and techniques, although these colours perform particularly well on dry skin types as they are slow to dry.
