The Neotat Original Tattoo Machine in Black gives tattoo and PMU artists a smooth, consistent rotary machine designed to reduce hand fatigue during long sessions. Its unique linear mechanism produces a perfectly straight needle motion, delivering reliable performance across shading, lining, and permanent cosmetics work. Each machine is hand crafted and hand balanced, built to order.

Three stroke length options let you match the machine to your preferred working style. The short stroke suits light shading and permanent cosmetics, producing a soft, smudgy effect favoured in PMU work. The standard stroke handles both lining and shading as a versatile all-rounder. The long stroke delivers the most power in the range, packing in colour efficiently on larger pieces.

The wired design provides unlimited runtime with no battery to manage, keeping the overall weight low in the hand. Maintenance is minimal

the machine body is autoclavable, and oiling is required only after every 200 hours of use. A guide clip is included as standard, holding the needle bar in place and removing the need for rubber bands.
