The machine uses a proprietary mechanism that drives the needle in a perfectly straight line rather than the arc produced by a standard eccentric-cam rotary. This results in more even skin penetration and more predictable ink deposit on every pass. The body is autoclavable and strips down quickly for cleaning between clients.

Four stroke lengths are available to match different techniques. The 1.8 mm short stroke is a favourite for permanent cosmetics and light shading. The 2.5 mm standard stroke handles both lining and shading, while the 3.5 mm long stroke delivers the most power in the range for colour packing.
