Every artist has different preferences for how a machine should feel and perform. The Stigma-Rotary® Neuro Tattoo Machine in Nuclear Green gives you full control over both stroke length and give, letting you dial in exactly the setup your technique demands.

Stroke length adjusts from 2.6 mm to 4 mm via an internal hex screw - no cam wheels or interchangeable parts required. Give is independently tuneable through a knob at the top of the piston, so you can fine-tune softness for shading or firmness for linework. Once locked in, your settings stay consistent through long sessions.

The Neuro runs on a detachable MotorPlug system with three options: the 4.5 W V2, 5 W EC Brushless, or 6 W PowerDrive. Swap motors to match the task - lighter output for smooth shading, stronger output for lining and heavy colour packing. At just 32 g, the body keeps hand fatigue low even during full-day sessions.

The Neuro is compatible only with Stigma's proprietary cartridge system and will not accept Cheyenne-style or RPG Click cartridges. This is due to its unique screw-on grip connection and rubber plunger drive bar, which are part of Stigma's dual-seal system designed to prevent ink and blood leakback.
