How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Easy. Head to checkout, drop your voucher code in the promo/discount box, and hit apply.
Can I use more than one voucher on the same order?
Yes - stack them! You can apply multiple gift vouchers at the same time (just enter each code and apply one at a time at checkout!). However, while you can with most, there are some vouchers and offers on our website that cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, so it's best to check the Ts&Cs of the specific voucher you want to use.
What happens if my order total is less than the voucher value?
No stress - you won't lose the leftover. Any remaining balance stays on your voucher, so you can use it again whenever you're back for more.
Can I use my voucher to cover shipping costs?
Short answer: yes. Your voucher works like store credit, so you can use it on whatever's in your basket - including delivery.
Do gift vouchers expire?
Nope. Not now, not ever! Yes, you read that right. Killer Ink gift vouchers never expire, so you can hang onto it until it's time for your next restock.
What if I lose my gift voucher email?
Don't panic. All vouchers are sent by email (no physical copies), so if it's gone missing just check your spam first. Still no luck? Drop our team a message.
What happens if my gift voucher code doesn't work?
First, double-check you've entered it right (no sneaky spaces). If it's still playing up, get in touch with us and we'll sort it.
