Dutch tattoo artist Nick Limpens is a dab hand at a variety of tattooing styles, from realism to anime, black and grey to colour work, and everything in between!

Always desiring a creative career since a young age, Nick fully realised his dream back in 2014 with the opening of his own studio, Royal Ink Tattoo Collective, on the corner of the beautiful Vijverpark in Brunssum, Netherlands. Nick is joined at Royal Ink by a super team of artists who work hard to help push the studio to the next level.

Since then, Nick’s tattooing ability has gone from strength to strength. He’s created vibrant body art in various styles over the years, from black and grey realism to stylish neo-traditional pieces and eye-popping anime and cartoon recreations.

Nick’s tattooing efforts have not gone unnoticed, winning multiple awards at conventions across Europe, with home country highlights including Best of Show at Tattoo Expo Maastricht and Best of Day at the Amsterdam Tattoo Convention.

With an ever-evolving style that continues to blend different genres and subject matter, the sky’s the limit for Nick and we’re excited to see how he continues to grow as a tattoo artist in the years to come!
